Once it's passed into law, it will become an offense for anyone to commit fraud using a computer system or network with the intention of obtaining computer data, securing access to any programme, commercial or industrial secrets or classified information.
It will also be an offense to be in possession of a manipulative device, unauthorized Automated Teller Machine, ATM card, damaging a computer with the intention to defraud, trafficking in any password to defraud customers or financial institutions
If you're convicted, it's 7 years in prison or a fine of N7 million or both.
If you're convicted for committing any offenses relating to violation of critical national information infrastructure, then its 10 years without the option of fine.
15-year-jail term for anyone who commits this crime and it results in the harm of another individual.
Life imprisonment for anyone who commits this crime and it leads to the death of another person.
And finally, if you own a cyber cafe and you allow the fraud to happen in your space, then it's 3-year jail term or N2 million fine

Nurse Nina Pham, the first person to contract Ebola in the US met with president Obama at The White this afternoon where she received a hug from him.
Nina, who contracted Ebola while treating Liberian Thomas Eric Duncan at the Emory University hospital in Texas, is now free from the virus after being successfully treated at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda. Mali has become the 6th Wester African Country to be hit with the deadly Ebola Virus. A 2-year-old girl in Mali has been diagnosed with Ebola, making her the West African country's first confirmed case, health officials said Thursday.
The girl was brought to Mali from neighboring Guinea, where the outbreak this year is believed to have started, World Health Organization spokeswoman Yvette Bivigou said.
The girl, whose father died of Ebola, was taken to the hospital in Kayes after a nurse noticed she was suffering from what appeared to be Ebola-like symptoms. A test confirmed the girl has Ebola, Health Ministry spokeswoman Markatie Daou said.
"The girl is still in the hospital in Kayes together with members of her family who might have been exposed to the virus," she said.

Islamic sect, Boko Haram have reportedly freed around 45 women that were recently abducted from Waga Mangoro and Madagali villages between Adamawa and Borno states.
This was made known by the villagers to newsmen on Thursday.
“Initially, the insurgents captured 80 girls and women whom they later loaded into their vans and zoomed off into the bushes”, a relative to the one of the women told Newswire on Thursday in Yola.

A Lagos State Polytechnic student named Bola had her right ear bitten off by her neighbour during a fight this past Monday October 20th at her residence in Ikorodu. According to an eye-witness to the fight, the other lady allegedly hid the ear in her mouth for a few minutes after biting if off. She then spit it out and stepped on it as people were looking for it. Anyway, she was later arrested and the case is now being handled by the police at First Gate in Ikorodu. Bola is recovering at the hospital.
