Malawian President Rejects T.B Joshua's Prophecy

By     No comments:

Malawian President Peter Mutharika on Sunday attacked Prophet TB Joshua over an alleged prophecy that he would die before April 1, state television reported.
"I'm told there is a man in Nigeria called Joshua and he is saying that Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe and Peter Mutharika will die before April 1," he said, referring to TB Joshua.
"Let me tell you, Joshua... you will fail. What you did in 2012 will not happen again this year," the president told a rally in the capital Lilongwe.

In 2012, Joshua reportedly predicted the death of a president of an unnamed southern African country. Mutharika's brother, Bingu, who was president at the time, did die within the predicted timeframe, giving the prophesy strong currency in Malawi.
Mutharika did not say when or where Joshua made the latest prophesy.
In January, Joshua reportedly gave a televised prophecy, telling his congregation to pray for the leaders in southern Africa, saying: "End of February to April this year, peculiar months for Southern Africa."

By     No comments:

According to the National Universities Commission (NUC), only 400,000 out of the 1. 5 million candidates that wr0te the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will gain admission into Nigerian universities.
The National Universities Commission has reveled that only 400,000 out of the 1.5 million candidates that sit the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination yearly gain admission to Nigerian universities.
The NUC Executive Secretary, Prof. Julius Okojie, said this when Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole visited the commission on Wednesday in Abuja.
The governor was at the NUC to collect the Certificate of Recognition for the new Edo State University, Iyanmo.
Okojie said new universities were needed to boost access to higher education while making sure that quality was not compromised.
He said:-
“I am always happy when a new university comes on board; what that means is that we are expanding and we are opening up access.
“We know the number of candidates that sit for UTME organised by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board every year.
“However, out of the 1.5 million candidates who take UTME every year, we are barely able to make provision for only about 400,000 students.
“The new university will, therefore, be accessible not only to candidates from Edo State but those from Ondo State and other states.”
According to the executive secretary, the Edo State University, has become the 41st state university and the 142nd university in Nigeria.

“One of them indeed declared that she is one of the Chibok hostages. She is around 15. We are now verifying, because on the Nigerian side they have the names and photos of these girls,” said local government administrator Raymond Roksdo.
Two military sources, who asked not to be identified as they were not authorised to speak to the press, also confirmed that the girl had claimed to have been one of the Chibok abductees.
“We need a few days to be able to confirm this information. We have to debrief all the men who were present and interrogate the two girls before we can say anything,” one of the military sources said.
