Russian President Vladimir Putin in the early hours of today took to tweeting urging all his fellowers who want to help oppressed people to channel all their help toward the libration of #Biafra.
He also acknowledged that #Biafrans make up good percentage of his fellower and as such will do the needful to ameliorate their suffering.
