Nigerian Senate on Tuesday weighed the option of expelling South African companies in Nigeria over xenophobic attacks.
This is coming as Nigerians in South African are at the mercy of various attacks by the citizens who believed that Nigerian citizens have taken over many of their jobs.

Gunmen Kill 3 Aba Vigilantee Boys (Graphic Pics)
Today, The city of Aba in Abia State witness a shocking occurrence, when unknown gunmen shot dead three Bakassi (Vigilante) boys in broad daylight along Aba Owerri road, Aba.
The incident which happened before MCC Junction, opposite Seven Day Adventist Church (Sabbath), by Toonak claimed the life of three vigilante men.
According to reports, the vigilante group disrupted the gunmen operation, As they attempted to kidnapped a wealthy businessman by Tonimas, opposite Bicoz Filling Station, along Enugu/Port Hacourt express way.
Angered by the intervention of the Vigilante group, the gunmen traced the Hilux of the vigilante men, double-crossed them while reaching at the spot where the incident happened, they took the vigilante men by surprise, and opened fire on them, killing three, while two of the vigilante officers survived, and are currently admitted to the Teaching Hospital in Aba.
May their soul rest in peace. They died in active services to their father land.

A property situated along Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos where popular singer, Banky W, lives has been destroyed by fire outbreak.
A neighbour to the artiste stated that the fire was caused by a faulty air conditioner.
The singer Banky W only escaped by climbing out of a window from the second floor. He shared photos of the casualties on his social media with his testimony..

So there's good news and bad news. The good news is... I'm thanking God that I'm alive to give the bad news as a testimony.
Bad news is...
I was laying awake in bed at about 6am , and I just started smelling smoke. Stood up to shut off my tv and ac and realized it was coming from outside my door. Opened it to see the whole stairway was filled with huge gusts of black smoke/soot, and a fire was burning stuff downstairs. The smoke was so much I couldn't get down past it to see the source of the flames. Rushed back into my room and climbed down from the 2nd floor balcony with my dog... and then got help from the amazing workers and neighbours who helped me put out the flames.
Turns out the ac in the living room had caught fire.. I know a lot of ppl have been trying to call and I appreciate it. Maybe the fire burnt some of the network in the house because I can't receive calls LOL but instead of calling to say sorry pls just maybe say a prayer and thank God with me.
Thank God I was awake to smell the smoke. Thank God we caught it early enough and the damage wasn't so bad.. it basically burnt some of the stuff that was around it. So awards, portraits, and some small electronics. But thank God, Duke and I are alive and well. We only had to form James Bond and climb down from the balcony LOL. Thank God for my neighbors and the amazing workers in and around the compound for helping us escape via the balcony, helping put out the fire, and helping with the aftermath/cleaning.
Thank God for life. And I'm not even upset.. I'm just grateful for life and health and for the grace and mercy of God on my life. I figure I'm about to have the best year ever so the devil tried to throw a tantrum. But not today Satan. Not today, not ever. Now sit back and watch me be great. By God's grace. Amen. God bless you all.

Facebook, Inc. is a social networking company, which allows people to communicate with their family, friends, and co-workers.Which now allows users from Nigeria to pay for adverts using their local currency
The Chief Product Officer of Facebook,Mr Chris Cox the disclosure at an interactive session with newsmen,He stated that has said that the social networking company was now accepting Nigeria’s local currency, Naira, for payment for advertisement on its platform.
This huge success was achieved after Facebook’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg, visited Nigeria in 2016.
“With 8.6 million people in Nigeria using Facebook on mobile every day, Facebook is a great place for businesses to reach their customers and market their products and services.We are listening to our community of partners, developers, advertisers and content creators to understand what we can build to best serve their needs,’’
the product officer said.
According to him, Facebook will continuously work to offer new payment options to make Facebook ads more accessible for all advertisers.
Sheryl Sandberg,Facebook’s Chief Operating Officer, says the company has over four million advertisers.the number signified the growing importance of mobile to consumers and marketers.
She said that while the majority of advertisers on Facebook were small and medium-size businesses, many small businesses still needed to catch up.

Sir I wish to draw your attention to the new dangerous twist to the unfortunate sickness of President Muhammadu Buhari being falsely perpetrated in our mosques which has the tendency to create serious anarchy in Katsina state.
Today Friday 24 February, 2016 at the Izala mosque, popularly called General Tsiga mosque on Katsina road in Funtua local government, the Imam, during the jumuat sermon, apologized to the congregation for coming late. This, according to him, was because he was just out of a state meeting of the Izala sect in Katsina where they were accordingly informed and directed to inform all Muslims that the sickness of President Buhari was as a result of poisoning. According to the Imam, malam Nasir Abdurrahman, Buhari was poisoned by those close to him because he has amassed over N70 trillion and they want to steal it. To steal it they must kill him and that was why they poisoned him. This to him could be explained better by the sudden stoppage of Kano-Katsina dual carriage way which work stopped since the president became sick. Malam Nasir continued by asserting that the same way Tafawa Balewa was killed was the same way Murtala Mohammed was killed and is the same way they want to kill President Buhari.
Enough is enough according to him as we are not going to accept that. This is the summary of the message he was directed to convey. I don’t know if it was the same in all other Izala mosques across the state, but even if it was not I am scared of what will happen if we allow this lie and hate speech in our mosques to go unchecked.Funtua is a hotbed of radicalism and has always been the boiling center of religious crises in the state. In 2011 after the presidential elections that then GMB lost to Jonathan, innocent Christian lives were lost and properties worth hundred of millions were lost. All because of this kind of misleading sermons by our half literate imams. I had to confront General Buhari on this and sought for his participation in my effort at compensating the Christians who suffered loses as a result of that post election uprising. He did not come but we still went ahead to compensate them in our own small way.
Now we are about to tread the same path all over again! If Buhari dies today, may Allah do what is right for him and us, what do you think will happen? Innocent lives will be made sacrificial lambs of this loss more so if we consider the fact that, Prof Osinbajo, a Christian being the VP is the constitutional beneficiary of whatever outcome from this debacle. Are we going to allow this to happen. I think people of conscience owe it a duty not to be silent in the face of this madness. Malam Nasir should tell us who poisoned President Buhari so that the law should take its natural course if he fails to do that he should be arrested and prosecuted for incitement.
How can somebody who has amassed N70 trillion want to borrow N17 trillion for which the National Assembly is yet to grant him that approval? Who is the fool here? They have lied to us in 2015 telling us that Buhari is superior to God and now that he is discovered to be human they want to make him God all over again! No way!
They have never shown us love, care or concern under this regime for all the hardship wrought on the common man and they now want to lead innocent souls to death and destruction. We will not allow that. We have been misled far too much for far too long and it is time to expose these people for what they are, cheats and liers that think we are dumb.
If you do the right thing to nip this in the bud fine; if you do not, let it be on record that I have reported to you my fears.

Sacked Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Directors Recalled By FG
FG recalls sacked NCAA directors
The Federal Government has recalled two out of the nine directors who were sacked from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) on Friday.
The duo are Alhaji Adamu Abdullahi,Director of Consumer Protection, and Capt. Ayodele Sasegbon, Director of General Aviation.
Mr Sam Adurogboye, General Manager, Public Relations, NCAA, confirmed the development to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday in Lagos.
“I can confirm that two of the directors, Abdullahi and Sasegbon have been recalled and their sack rescinded, ” he said.
NAN reports that the government, through the Ministry of Transportation, had on Friday sacked the duo and other directors in the aviation regulatory agency with immediate effect.
The directors affected by the purge were Alhaji Salawu Ozigi (Director of Finance and Accounts), Dr Joyce Nkemakolam (Director of Aerodrome and Airspace Standards) and Mr Aba Ejembi (Director of Administration).
Others are Mr Emmanuel Ogunbami (Director of Licensing), Mr Benedict Adeyileka (Director of Airworthiness), Mr Justus Wariya (Director of Air Transport Regulation) and Mr Austin-Amadi Ifeanyi (Director of Human Resources).
The affected directors were immediately ordered to handover to their next subordinate who will in the interim take charge of the activities in their directorates.
It will be recalled that the government had on Oct. 12,2016 sacked or demoted 22 directors and general managers of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
The restructuring was based on the recommendations of the Presidential Committee chaired by the Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita.
The Minister of State for Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika, had said the restructuring would be extended to the NCAA and the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency which were also currently overbloated. (NAN)
