The social media war between thes two seems to be getting messier as linda finally responded to wizkid and even made some more shocking revelations on her blog about wizkid's  flambouyant and extravagant fake life style.. read her responds below:
So my darling little ‘friend’ Wizkid came on my IG page this morning to blast me for writing yesterday that he was given quit notice at the Lekki home he claimed he bought some years ago, which he actually rented. He threatened to beat me up…called me an ugly old Dam…(I’m ugly? lol) says I don’t have a man (crying over that..) and called my mum a loser…(what a child).
Anyway, all that don’t matter, people have said worse to me…what I wanted to address is the part where he said I slept with his director and he left me in a hotel…that one I will definitely want to address because some people actually believe it. That my dear friends, is a lie! Please continue…
First and foremost, I’ve never met Wizkid one on one. I’ve only seen him once in real life on stage at a show a few years ago. I’ve never met anybody who is his director. Guess he put that line in his comments to defame me. You that mad that people now know the house is not yours? Lol.
Trust me, if I knew someone was Wizkid’s director, I’d rather kill myself than sleep with him or any other entertainer for that matter (except maybe he’s my husband..hehe) because I know how some of these entertainers are…they kiss and tell a lot. You can’t afford to be messing around in their circle. So, no, I have NEVER slept with Wizkid’s director. I live a celibate life..most of the time. (Though, that has to end soon…I’m getting old and missing out on that part of life…lol)
I’ve always been an advocate of women respecting their bodies and owning their own. And I feel s*x should only happen when you’re in committed relationship (that is if you can’t wait till marriage) and I recommend celibacy for a long as you’re not committed to someone. There’s absolutely no dignity in sleeping around and messing around with different men. It’s ugly and God don’t like ugly. So no, I’m not that woman, and will never be that woman. Nice try, Wizkid!
Having said that, I’m sure, you wonder why Wizkid is so mad at me? To be honest, I don’t know either. All I know is that his beef with me started a long time ago but he decided to start bashing me online after I refused a meeting with him. A few months ago, he asked his PR people to contact me, that he wanted to talk to me. For some reason, he thought I didn’t like him and I was hurting his image online. He wanted to see how I could write more positive things about him but I turned down the meeting. Not that I have anything against him, I sincerely don’t! I think he’s an amazing talent and one of the few music stars in Nigeria with a midas touch. So this wasn’t personal. I just didn’t want to meet him. If he lobbies me then it means I won’t be able to write anything about him anymore…and my job is to write…about everything, including entertainers.
I am cordial with some of them…many of them I have never met. I try to stay away from gatherings where they are because the more friends you make in the entertainment industry, the less you can write. And that will inadvertently affect your work. The few ones that I call acquaintances, it’s hard to write about them because you feel you’re cool with them and even when you write, they call you to complain. So, the fewer ‘friends’ I have in the entertainment industry, the better my job will be.
So Wizkid can bash me all he wants…but I will continue to do my job. Maybe he thinks the more he bashes me, then I will stop writing about him? Won’t work. But meanwhile, if he tells a lie about me, I will address it. LIB plans to be around for a long time…some of these people will come and go! :-).

Wizkid’s Lekki Landlord Gives Him Eviction Notice

Unconfirmed reports say that Wizkid is not quite the Lagos landlord that we thought he was.
Famous Nigerian blogger LINDA reported that the pop star was served with a quit notice from his Lekki phase 1 home yesterday April 1st.
According to the report, the “Pakurumo” crooner’s eviction notice was received by his ‘reps’, his rent is said to have expired since January this year.
Wizkid moved into the duplex in 2013 after parting with EME and everyone believed he had bought the house, a notion which the pop star did nothing to correct.
A couple of days back, the singer posted some pictures of himself in a massive Atlanta mansion which also {mis}led people into believing it was his property.
Perhaps he is finally moving into his own home, as his people are said to be moving his things from the house already.
Never the less he has been given till the 11th of this month to vacate the residence.

Cooks In FGGC Akure Caught Picking Used Pads Of Students For "Ritual"

Two cooks In A Girls' School (FGGC,AKURE) were allegedly caught picking the used sanitary pads of students from waste bins allegedly for ritual purposes, three cooks who are employees of the Federal Government Girls’ College, Akure, have been arrested by men of the Ondo State Police Command.
The suspects, whose names were not released, were alleged to have taken the used pads of girls residing in the school to unknown places outside the school premises.

It was gathered that some students, who caught two of the cooks perpetrating the act, reported the matter to their teachers, who in turn alerted the principal, Mrs Florence Ejikeme.

A source said the principal, on hearing the matter, ordered for the immediate suspension of the three and began investigation on the matter.

Not pleased with the handling of the matter by the school authority, the students attempted to stage a protest but were stopped due to the intervention of the chairman of the Parents Teachers Association, Mr. Akin Ashimolowo.

However, the students were said to have reported the matter to their parents during their visiting day on a Saturday.

A parent, who spoke on condition of anonymity said that the suspects had confessed to the crime at the police station .

She alleged that one of the suspects is a wife of a prominent politician in the state and may want to use their ‘connections’ to sweep the matter under the carpets , adding that her child told her that it was not the first time such a thing would be happening in the school and nothing was being done.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Ondo State Command, Mr. Femi Joseph, who confirmed the incident said only two of the women were in the police custody while the command had commenced investigation on the matter.

The PPRO, who refused to mention the names of the suspects, however noted that the command had not been able to establish whether or not the suspects used the sanitary pads for ritual purposes as alleged.

APC Youth Leader and 3 Others Killed In Fresh Fulani Herdsmen Attack

Four persons including the All Progressives Congress, APC, youth leader, were feared killed in a fresh bloody clash between Fulani herdsmen and some farmers at Tse Tia, in Tarka Local Government area of Benue State.

 this latest killing erupted when some unidentified youths in the village allegedly killed two herdsmen and five cattle that were grazing in their farmland inside the said village.

According to the source, when the story of the murder got to the herdsmen, they stormed the village later in the day to retrieve the remains of their kinsmen.

The source said: “Their presence in the village enraged the locals and a bloody fight ensued leading to the abduction and murder of two persons from the village, including the APC youth leader in Tarka local government area, Mr. Aondohemba Kasa.

”The reprisal attack was what forced the youths of the community to take over the busy Makurdi-Gboko road for several hours yesterday thereby disrupting the free flow of traffic on the highway.

“They made bonfire on the highway and rebuffed appeals by the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Mr. Takema Targema who visited the scene to plead with them to open up the highway, insisting that the herdsmen be compelled to release corpses of those they had earlier abducted and killed.”

It was further gathered that after much persuasion, the youths reopened the highway, after the corpse of the youth leader was recovered later in the afternoon by the Police.

Confirming the incident, the Benue State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Assistant Superintendent, ASP, Moses Yamu said the remains of the APC youth leader had been recovered by the Police.

“Normalcy has returned to the area and the road has also been reopened for use by motorists,” he said.

How 3 Kids Discovered Colonel Samaila Inusa’s Dead Body

Three children went to pluck cashew from a bush opposite Ajyaita Village in Kakau District of Chikun LGA of Kaduna State on Tuesday, but ran into a very unlikely sight-a corpse, which was later identified as that of the abducted military officer.
Ajyaita village is about 10 kilometres from Kaduna city centre, and lies along the Eastern By-pass which links the Abuja-Kaduna express way to the southern part of the state.
The children had set out for the forest opposite the village on Tuesday morning and met the decomposing body by a narrow footpath leading to the forest.
Some elders told Daily Trust that the children then ran back home to reveal the unpleasant information to a farmer who they earlier met on their way to the forest. The man was planting yam seedlings at a farm. After hearing the children’s story, he rushed to the spot to confirm it, and he in turn, ran to inform the village head.
The village head informed the police authorities who deployed some policemen to accompany him to the spot. The police then called the army authorities who came to inspect the corpse. Therein came the painful confirmation-it was the body of Colonel Samaila Inusa, who was kidnapped a few days earlier.
“The military came with photographs and confirmed that he was the one. There was no identity card found on him, but the military identified him as the missing colonel. The place he was found is a bush path that is accessible by a car. The bush is also close to a village called Kefinary,” an elder said.
Residents of Ajyaita refused to take our correspondents to the place, saying the place had been cordoned off by soldiers who asked people to stay away for now.
Daily Trust noticed some heavily armed policemen patrolling the area while villagers were busy with their work without any noticeable tension.
The colonel was buried yesterday at the Ribadu Cantonment, Old Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) site in Kaduna according to Islamic rites.
Draped in the national colours of green-white-green, the body arrived the old NDA cemetery around11.45am from the 44 Army Reference Hospital, Kaduna and was interred at noon after prayers at the NDA Juma’at mosque.
Relations, colleagues and friends couldn’t hold back tears, while some cried loudly.
The Chief Administrative Officer of the Nigerian Army, Major General Ado Abubakar, who represented the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, said it was a great loss to the Nigerian Army.
He described late colonel as a very committed officer who never joked with his responsibilities and announced that the army would do everything possible to get those behind the killing.
“Col. Inusa was a great soldier. We all feel the pains. Though death is inevitable and nobody can run away from it. I came in to represent my boss, the Chief of Army Staff because the Nigerian Army is mourning one of us that had really served this country greatly and we are not really happy the way he died, but whatever happened, we will see to the end of it all,” he said.
The Commander, Nigerian Army School of Infantry, Major General Kasim Abdulkarim, said the late Samaila who served under his command was a loyal, committed and hardworking officer who would be fondly missed by his colleagues.
Gen. Abdulkarim urged officers and men of the Nigerian military to take precautionary measures for their personal safety.
The colonel’s younger brother, Mustapha Inusa, described him as generous, saying, he was good to everyone, both within and outside his family.
“He was our family’s breadwinner and we will miss his dearly. Samaila is dead and he was buried in the presence of his parents, you know what it feels like for parents to bury their children, it is not a good feeling, his parents will really feel his absence because he was the one who used to cater for them,” he said.
Colonel Inusa, who was the Commander, 81 Battalion in Bulabulin, Damboa LGA of Borno State before he became Chief Instructor at the Nigerian Army School of Infantry, Jaji, Kaduna State, was honoured with a three- gun salute by officers.
A close friend of the deceased and former Minority Leader of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Muhammad Ali, described him as a humble and calm person who was loved by all.
Another close family friend who simply gave her name as Mama Hauwa described the late Samaila as a perfect gentle man. She prayed that his soul rest in peace while calling on the military authorities not to relent in their resolve to get the killers.
Born in 1972 in Nasarawa LGA of Kano State, Col. Inusa attended Ramat Special Primary School from 1979 to1985 and proceeded to the Ahmadiyya Secondary School, Kano where he obtained his West African School Certificate in 1991.
He gained admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy in 1992 as a member of the 44th Regular Course and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. He was the aide-de-camp to Sierra-Leonean Vice- President and was promoted to the rank of Colonel last year. His last appointment was as Chief Instructor at the Nigerian Army School of Infantry, Jaji.

Dutch Prisons Are Closing Because of lack of criminals

In 2013, 19 prisons in the Netherlands closed because the country didn't have enough criminals to fill them.
Now, five more are slated to close their doors by the end of the summer, according to internal documents obtained by The Telegraaf.
While these closures will result in the loss of nearly 2,000 jobs, only 700 of which will transition into other unknown roles within Dutch law enforcement, the trend of closing prisons follows a steady drop in crime since 2004.
The problem of empty jail cells has even gotten to the point where, last September, the country imported 240 prisoners from Norway just to keep the facilities full.
Still, according to The Telegraaf's report, Justice Minister Ard van der Steur announced to parliament that the cost of maintaining sparsely-filled prisons was cost-prohibitive for the small country.
A number of factors underlie the Netherlands' ability to keep its crime rate so low, namely, relaxed drug laws, a focus on rehabilitation over punishment, and an electronic ankle monitoring system that allows people to re-enter the workforce.
A study published in 2008 found the ankle monitoring system reduced the recidivism rate by up to half compared to traditional incarceration. Instead of wasting away in a jail cell, eating up federal dollars, convicted criminals are given the opportunity to contribute to society.
These measures all add up to an unbelievably low incarceration rate: Although the Netherlands has a population of 17 million, only 11,600 people are locked up. That's a rate of 69 incarcerations per 100,000 people.
The US, meanwhile, has a rate of 716 per 100,000 — the highest in the world. It's marked largely by its lack of attention to social services and rehabilitation programs once prisoners finish their sentences. Without a safety net to give them any other options, many fall back into their old habits.
Seeing as how the Netherlands is literally importing prisoners to keep jails full, larger countries like the US could learn a thing or two from the Dutch model.

Dead Body Of Colonel Samaila Inusa Killed By Kidnappers (Photos)

The remains of the late Army Officer who was abducted and later killed by unknown gunmen in Kaduna State, Colonel Samaila Inusa, have been laid to rest.
He was buried at the old Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Muslim Cemetery in the state capital on Wednesday.
In a press statement issued by the acting director, Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Usman, said that preliminary investigation revealed that the late officer was probably killed same day he was kidnapped by his abductors.
Colonel Inusa was the Commander, 81 Battalion located in Bulabulin, Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.
He was later transferred to the Armed Forces and Command and Staff College, Jaji, where he was served until his abduction last Saturday.
