PHOTO: See the tallest hotel in Africa unveiled by Gov Fashola in Lagos yesterday
The new Intercontinental Hotel is located at Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. A 23-storey building 5-star hotel with 358 rooms, 37 suites and a presidential suite.
Built by the Milan Group, designed by a Nigerian architect, Bayo Odunlami, it has already been dubbed the tallest hotel in Africa and cost a whooping ₦30Billion.
The hotel was unveiled yesterday by Governor Fashola with top dignitaries like Oba Akinolu of Lagos, Oba Oniru, The Alake of Egbaland, Oba Gbadebo, Dele Momodu attending.
