Kylie announced on her Instagram on Monday, August 3 that her 18 birthday bash will hold in Canada on Sunday August 16 and from close sources, it will be an alcohol-fueled party.
“Kylie can bring guests, but so far it doesn’t seem like any of her family will be with her. Tyga’s name isn’t even on the list,” a source who works with club promoters in Montreal tell HollywoodLife.
