Wonders shall never end! A video of a Congolese minister for Posts Telecommunications; Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza who was caught on camera stroking the proverbial monkey or rather masturbating has gone viral.
In the four minutes and 27 seconds video, Mr Enock is seen unzipping his trousers and what follows, only God knows.
