IPOB : Biafra victory is near

By     No comments:

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Thursday, April 21, predicted an impending victory despite spirited antics of its adversaries in the struggle for a Biafra nation, The Sun reports. According to the group, its struggle has gathered the desired awareness, momentum, sympathy and outright support; way beyond its expectations. A statement by Dr. Clifford Iroanya and Emma Mmezu, spokespersons of IPOB, commended and congratulated millions of IPOBians the world over, for tenacity and exemplary steadfastness to the cause.
They said: “It is noteworthy and very commendable, that, despite the spirited antics of our adversaries, the struggle has gathered the desired, awareness, momentum, sympathy and outright support; way beyond our expectations. “Your total commitment to the struggle and your determination and focus as a well-disciplined mass movement has gotten the attention of the world and frightened the enemy stiff. “As our journey to the promised land progresses beautifully, it is important to always remind ourselves that our progeny will forever remain grateful to us for our many sacrifices today. “We are almost there. I remain very proud of you all. “Clearly, the power of truth over falsehood remains eternal. We thank millions of our members from Kogi to Cross River, from Benue to Delta and from Kwara to Bayelsa. As truth resonates loud and clear for the deaf to hear and the blind to see, the oppressor runs around in confusion and in total disarray. “First, they falsely accused us of killing and burying five Hausa/Fulani herdsmen, nobody believed them. “Next they hired one unknown person, Samson Babalola and his non-existent conference of minorities. Again, the world clearly saw through their foolish antics. “Next, they trumped up one non-entity called Stephen Onwu, again; with a non-existent group. The world mocked them. In desperation they fell back to hire one 86 year-old ex-Ohanaeze president-general who was paid to claim he is the leader of IPOB, the world burst out in laughter. “As they continue to embarrass themselves in their confusion and desperation to stop our march to freedom, we congratulate IPOBians the world over as victory is near.”

Iconic Musician Prince dies at 57

By     No comments:

One of the most iconic musicians in music history, Prince has died according to breaking news on international media platforms including TMZ and Sky News.

According to the Sheriff's department investigating Prince's death, he was found in an elevator at his Paisley Park home in Minnesota. They said they performed CPR, but were unable to revive him. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The Sheriff's Office told TMZ that they are now investigating the circumstances of Prince's death but do not suspect any foul play.

The 57 year old singer was epileptic. He had a health scare on his private jet on Friday last week and the next day after leaving the hospital, he had a party and invited strangers to his party and everyone said he seemed fine. See last photo taken of him after the cut..

From TMZ
Prince hit up a local pharmacy hours before he died -- the 4th time he visited this week -- indicating his health was far worse than the simple flu. TMZ obtained this photo of Prince leaving a Walgreens near his home in Minnesota Wednesday night at around 7 PM.
Our sources tell us Prince had frequented the Walgreens for years -- but last night, people at the store were concerned because he looked much more frail and nervous than usual.
As we previously reported, Prince's team told the media he was suffering from the flu. It seemed odd, because his private jet had to make an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois last Friday, just 48 minutes from his home.
Prince was hospitalized ... but was discharged after only a few hours. Our sources in Moline told us at the time they felt Prince left the hospital way too soon because he was "not doing well" and needed further medical care.
On Saturday, the day after he was released from the hospital, Prince took the stage at a dance party near his home and curiously said, "Wait a few days before you waste any prayers."

Prince had a medical emergency on April 15th that forced his private jet to make an emergency landing in Illinois. He was hospitalized briefly after the incident but appeared at a concert the next day on April 16th (pictured above) where he assured his fans that he was okay. Prior to then, he had canceled two shows due to health problems. His people told TMZ that he had been battling a bad bout of flu.

May his soul rest in peace, amen.
