Weeks have turned to months, Funke Akindele
called it a quit with Mr. Kehinde Oloyede in their
marriage, reality has finally set in and the actress
is already missing a companion around her, she
would want to get settled down fast and begin
the business of bringing up the little ones, if only
the right man comes along.
Funke bares her mind :“Man proposes and God
disposes,” she said, “so people should keep their
fingers crossed and pray for me to meet the
bone of the bone of my bone and the flesh of
my flesh and not somebody else. It is one of my
dreams to bear children soon and I believe it
will come to pass soon. Once I start my home, I
hope to cut down on acting so that I can give
my family more attention,” she says.
She said that some of her mates are already
baby mamas of three kids and she would want
to join the train. “Perhaps, this is how God
wants me to be for now. When the time comes,
and that time could be anytime, I hope to put
acting on hold for a family.”
For the guys, Funke wants them to throw away
fear and approach her for marriage “To all the
guys scared of approaching me for marriage, I
say, you don’t have to let inferiority complex
overwhelm you. If God says you are the right
person for me, then nothing will stop it.”
We hope the right guy will meet Funke soon.

TB Joshua, Pastor Chris Accused of “Occultism”
Ghanaian Bishop Isaac Owusu
Bempah, Founder and Leader of the
Glorious Word Power Ministries
International, has labeled two of
Nigeria’s celebrated pastors as
partners in winning souls for the
devil.
In the words of the controversial Owusu
Bempah, the founding President of
Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, also
known as “Christ Embassy”, Dr
Christian Oyakhilome (popularly
known as “Pastor Chris”) and General
Overseer of The Synagogue Church of All
Nations (SCOAN), Prophet Temitope
Balogun (aka TB) Joshua, are not “true
men of God”, but leaders of occults,
winning souls for the devil.
This claim, according to Owusu-
Bempah, is based on God’s revelation
to him in a vision as well as his own
analysis of the scripture, works and
conduct of the two popular heads of
two religious organisations in Africa.
Owusu-Bempah said he once heard
Pastor Chris saying he saw nothing
wrong with homosexuality and
lesbianism , and wondered which true
man of God would lead his flock with
such beliefs.
“No doubt he [Pastor Chris] is a friend
and partner of TB Joshua”, Owusu-
Bempa noted last week, claiming both
men are dubious men of God who have
a pact with the devil.
For Owusu Bempah, Nigerians have
allegedly realized the dubious character
of the Nigerian televangelist faith healer
and founding president of Christ
Embassy and his partnership with TB
Joshua and have consequently chased
him out of the country to South
Africa, where he presently resides.
On TB Joshua, Owusu-Bempa claimed
he once saw him with his feet on the
floor preaching , an incident he said
revealed to him that TB Joshua was not
from God.
“When you see anyone claiming to
worship God who worships with his feet
on the ground, he’s an occultist. And TB
Joshua is an occultist.
“Ask yourself how TB Joshua, who
claims God called him, worships with
his feet on the ground? Let me tell you if
you go to any church and you see the
leader worshiping with his feet on the
ground, it’s a sign of demonism; it’s
occultic. People like that follow spirits
that are not of God. It is occultic.”
According to him, God later revealed
that TB Joshua was an occultist who did
not draw his spiritual powers from God.
“Some time ago, I used to like TB Joshua.
I was watching him on television, and
the Lord opened my eyes . I saw him
with horns on his head, and he had the
face of a wolf. His tongue was that of a
snake and he had blood smeared all
over his mouth.”
“Immediately, I rushed into my
bedroom, and the Lord told me that he
wasn’t from Him, but was working
under the authority of bad spirits,” the
pastor added. “That was when I realized
TB Joshua was demonic and not of God.”
The man who has himself been labeled
a false prophet by some of his critics,
advised Ghanaians not to be misled by
signs of wonders and so-called men
of God whose powers do not come
from God.
He also accused TB Joshua in particular
of sometimes faking miracles to win
the confidence of his flock. “He can
perform a clean miracle today and
contaminate it with a lot of fake ones”.
Joshua claimed his “own junior pastor
went to his church to be healed. He was
forced to sit in a wheel chair and made
to claim before the cameras that he had
received his healing even though he
hadn’t. He returned to the country and
within two weeks, he passed away”,
Owusu-Bempah stated.
He again cautioned Ghanaians not to be
in a hurry to attend the services of
Prophet TB Joshua since he is the “anti-
christ.”
“If you are a pastor who worked under
him and he gets to know you want to
reveal his secrets, he kills you directly,”
Owusu-Bempah alleged.
“If no one is willing to say this, I will say
it: TB Joshua is the anti-christ and an
agent of the devil… I know of a pastor
who attended his church, and when he
should tell you about what he saw, your
mouth would drop,” he stated.
Governor Imoke Pledges Houses for Golden Eaglets Players And Officials

Imoke has promised the victorious
Golden Eaglets players houses.
The houses are to be located within the
state’s new housing estate scheme in
Akpabuyo, Calabar.
The Governor revealed his plans for the
Coach Manu Garba-led team during a
special session held on their behalf
inside the council chamber at the
Governor’s office on Friday night.
Governor Imoke said the State’s gesture
is aimed at giving the players as well as
the officials a befitting prize for the
future, such as properties which will
serve them even after their retirements.
“I’m not going to announce any largesse
to you, rather we are going to give
players and officials of the team a
befitting property in our new housing
scheme where work is already ongoing,”
the Governor said.
“We want to partner and invest in you
because we believe this kind of
investment would yield better dividends
in the future even if you no longer want
anything to do with football.”
Senator Imoke also revealed his
interaction with the team, when he rode
on their bus, after clinching a record
fourth Fifa Under-17 World Cup in the
UAE, proved to him the unity within the
victorious side, adding he is very proud
of Cross River state’s contribution to
their success.
“As we bask in the euphoria, I don’t
want us to forget the fact the success of
the team was not by accident,” he noted.
“Success is different from luck but it is
earned; and we would like to celebrate
this team in a different way because it
was here in Calabar that it all started.”
The players and officials of the team
were shocked beyond words by the
Governors gesture.
“We are grateful for this wonderful gift
from His Excellency, who is our father
and we pray that God will also help you
fulfill all your own aspirations in life,”
Salihu Ali-Baba, sho spoke on-behalf of
the team, said.
It was a full complement of the state’s
executive committee at the council
camber including Deputy Governor
Efiok Cobham in attendance.
Governor Imoke’s gesture has earned
him praises from notable stakeholders
like the Sports Minister, Bolaji
Abdullahi, and the President of the
Nigeria Football Federation (NFF),
Aminu Maigari.

out,it was just there.It was void.I didn’t have no
contract .I was just there helping.I working on

Strike Continues:- ASUU Denies Report of Holding NEC Meeting in Kano Today
The Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU)
has dismissed report going round the media,
especially social media platforms that it held of
the union’s National Exectuve Council to discuss
the possibility of calling off the strike.
Chairman of the University of Ibadan branch of
the union, Dr. Olusegun Ajiboye, said the stories of
the meeting in Kano are rumours.
He said in an interview monitored on Diamond
FM, University of Ibadan, that there was no
meeting scheduled by the union for Saturday as
they were still observing seven days of mourning
in honour of the late former national chairman of
the union, Festus Iyayi.
The union was last week scheduled the meeting of
its National Executive Council to hold in Kano,
where they were expected to take a final decision
on whether to continue with their strike or accept
the FG’s offer, but cancelled it when one of their
colleague and a former president of the union
was killed in a car crash by the convoy of the
Governor of Kogi state.
No new date has been fixed for the cancelled
meeting, thus the fate of university students who
have stayed at home for over four months
remains unknown.

Facts we gathered are that Acry developed these breasts after stealing cattle and speculation is high that the family he stole from are the ones who fixed him. Acry Chinhivi Shayamano, who is pictured in this article lives in Magejo village. He is a married man with three grown kids. Villagers who spoke to the News crew on condition of anonymity intimated that Acry had stolen cattle from some family in Mhondoro. The claimed he had sold the cattle to unscrupulous butcheries. Acry initially denied these allegations and claimed that he had no idea how he had come to develop these breasts! After being persuaded he opened up to News Reporters and allowed photographers to take pictures of his “newly acquired assets”. “Who told you guys that i grew breasts?” he charged. ” My breasts are similar to yours guys, its just rumour mongers bent on tarnishing my name, I have never stolen any cattle. Agreed cattle do get stolen in this area but i have nothing to do with it. Moles told the news crew that he stole two oxen from a family(name withheld). The oxen had been given to the mother of that homestead as part of lobola requirements known as “mombe dzehumai”.
